Certificates of attendance are planned to be emailed within one week after the event.
You can click on “Virtual Hall” in the menu at the top of the website, or enter the hall through the agenda section of the website. The site will become available at 5:20 pm EST on November 16th.
When you enter the virtual hall you can explore different exhibits, as if you were at a real trade show. You control the navigation with your mouse or screen and can choose which content you want to click on.
Between 5:20 – 5:45 pm EST on November 16th and 17th you will see available chat icons at each exhibit. When clicked, you will enter a Microsoft Teams Meeting Room, where you can chat live with a product expert.
No, each exhibit will have an option for you to enter a French-speaking chat room. If an exhibit only has one chat icon, you can expect the product expert to be bilingual.
The hall is a website. So you can close your browser tab and visit https://www.canadianarchitecturalsymposium.com/ to get back to the symposium homepage.

All sessions, including live presentations will be recorded and can be found on the Agenda page within two days of the life presentation.
Go to the Agenda page and click Join Session of the presentation that’s about to begin. You will then be directed to Microsoft Teams Meetings.
Yes! You can join a Teams meeting from any device, whether or not you have a Teams account. If you don’t have an account, follow these steps to join as a guest.
